• Please put the same personal info (Name, Email and Phone) which you used while booking an appointment.
• Please pay once to avoid any confusion.
An auto-email will be sent by the admin console to the candidate regarding pending status along with payment link.

• Once you have paid the fees, give some time to Tutor to confirm your payment and approve your appointment from the admin console.
• Once the tutor has approved the appointment, individual will get an auto-email from the admin console regarding details of confirmed appointment along with ZOOM link.
• If you haven't received any notification from us,Please Check Your Spam Filter or Junk Mail Folder for emails from noreply@shipscope.org
• Please be ready on your appointment date and time as tutor looks forward to having a conversation with you on ZOOM.
• Once you have booked your appointment slot and paid, you CAN NOT reschedule or ask for a refund on your cancelled appointment.
• If the tutor is not available to take your appointment, he shall remit you the amount paid for the appointment.
